Stay consistently supported with our Biweekly Check-Ins—a flexible, reliable support option designed to keep seniors and families connected, informed, and confident.

This add-on provides up to 4 hours of support per month, split between regular in-person and virtual check-ins to ensure continuity and comfort.

What’s Included:

✔️ One virtual session per month

✔️ Total of 4 hours of support monthly

✔️ Ongoing review of your care or support plan

✔️ Addressing new or evolving questions and concerns

✔️ Timely adjustments to existing plans as needed

✔️ Encouragement and clarity during transitions or uncertainty

✔️ Consistent connection for accountability and peace of mind

Please note: Support is not available on statutory holidays or during pre-scheduled closures (with advance notice), but we’ll always let you know how and when to reach us.
