Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Personalized Planning Packages & Ongoing Support

You may cancel with at least 24 hours' notice—before the initial appointment for planning packages or any upcoming session for ongoing support—for a full refund. Planning packages are refunded in full; ongoing support refunds apply to the monthly fee only.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice before initial meetings for the planning packages or recurring meetings for ongoing support are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded.
  • If Epilogue must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.

For Downloadable Resources

All purchases of digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, in accordance with Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000.

Refunds may be issued in the following limited cases:

  • You cancel your purchase before downloading or accessing the content.

  • The file is defective, corrupted, or not as described.

To request a refund for eligible digital purchases:

  • Contact us at hello@epilogue.support within 14 days of purchase.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We may offer a replacement or partial refund if only part of the content is affected.
